We think you’ll love your new Hyde & Sleep mattress, but if you find that its quite not for you, we’ll exchange it for one that is. You’ll have 40 nights to test out your new mattresses, and decide if it’s love at first sleep.
Our commitment to you is that once you’ve bought from Hyde & Sleep, you can rest easy knowing your perfect mattress is on its way, and here’s why: Hyde & Sleep is backed by Dreams, the UK’s number one specialist bed retailer. This means that if you decide to exchange your mattress, you can choose any Dreams or Hyde & Sleep mattress of the same value.
To use our comfort exchange, simply select an alternative mattress of the same size. If the new mattress you’ve chosen is more expensive, then the difference in price will need to be paid. We are unable to refund any difference in price if a lower priced mattress is selected. The Comfort Guarantee can only be used after 30 nights have elapsed from the delivery of the original product. We insist on 30 nights, as it can take this long for your body to adjust to your new mattress and for the fillings to settle.
A collection and redelivery charge of £49 will be applied and 'Comfort Exchanges' are limited to one exchange per product ordered. All we ask is that the original mattress must be kept in good condition (not marked, mis-used or soiled in any way) so we insist on the use of a mattress protector.
